Description:
Lo-6299 foam stabilizer is a silicon-carbon bond, non-hydrolytic type, polysiloxane-Polyether copolymer with exceent
comprehensive performance. Used for cycopentane foaming system with low thermal conductivity and high caking
capacity. Also apply to single component sealant production.

Features:
  • Because of the uniquely designed molecular structure of Lo-6299, this not only gives the product a superior capacity in
    emusifying, nucleus forming and foam stabilizing, but also makes the performance balanced.
  • Form very fine pore structure and high rate of obturator. Make the thermal conductivity of the foam products very ow, and
    improve the thermal insuation.
How to use:
Use levels of 1.0 to 2.5 parts Lo-6299 Additive per 100 parts polyol are suggested. The optimum surfactant loading should
be defined for the particular foam formulation.
Packaging and Storage:
Available in 25kg drums and 250kg drums. 24 months at room temperature.
